 Kaiser Prize Great Kiwi Beer Festival (January 2021)

1. The joint promoters of the 'King-size Kaiser Beerfest Experience' competition are Kaiser Brew Garden, whose registered office is at Level 1/96 Oxford Terrace, CBD, Christchurch 8011 New Zealand and Kaiser Bros Brewery at 46B Halwyn Drive, Hei Hei, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.

The Kaiser Brew Garden will be the host for the supporting prizes outside of the Great Kiwi Beer Festival Event (Saturday 30th January 2021).

2. There are two ways to enter, simply follow the entry rules by engaging with the corresponding Facebook or Instagram page competition across either Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros social media pages. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

3. The competition is open to residents of New Zealand, except employees of Kaiser Brew Garden or Kaiser Bros and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.

4. One winner will be selected by the promoter and at the promoter’s discretion, based on the content of responses, and the winner will be drawn from across any of the social media competition posts from either promoter (Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros) accounts. The prizes are for an age restricted event with alcohol potentially involved. The nominated winner(s) when drawn have to be of legal drinking age 18+ and will be required to verify their age.

5. The Winner will be notified by the promoter via Facebook, Instagram or email on Thursday 28 January 2021 for the main prize.

6. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

7. If a winner cannot be contacted by the promoter within 24 hours of the notification [referred to in clause 5] the promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, including the prizes, and these terms and conditions without notice because of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified via relevant Competition Posts as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. Prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
One winner (+ three friends) will receive the following prize:

• 4x Entry tickets to Great Kiwi Beer Festival 2021, Saturday January 30th.

• 4x Kaiser Bros caps.

• VIP Treatment for you + 3. Sample the Kaiser Bros range throughout the day at the Great Kiwi Beer Festival.

• King Feast at Kaiser Brew Garden. Receive a $200 Credit, to be redeemed at Kaiser Brew Garden. Also receive from Kaiser Brew Garden 4x Kaiser Bros 6x330ml Mixed Tape and 4x Kaiser Cannon's of your choice.

• 1x Kaiser Bros Cooler Bag 

• 1x Kaiser Bros Can opener

11. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.   

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.

13. To the full extent permitted by law, Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros, and their partners will not be liable to the winner in respect of any claim for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any physical or mental injury suffered by the winner or accompanist as a result of in connection with the competition or by reason of the utilisation or application of any prize won in the competition.

14. All details for entries become the property of Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, or passed on to a third party involved in the promotion or for their marketing purposes.

15. Winner agrees to the use of his/her first name, and where applicable, photo – and/or details of their entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to winners or any other entrant(s) will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.

16. By entering the competition the winner agrees to their name and ideas being published by Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros as part of this campaign or beyond, for publicity purposes.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, our campaign partners (The Great Kiwi Beer Fest, Giesen Group or Riverside), Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Kaiser Brew Garden and Kaiser Bros and not to any other party.
